  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a supervisor
  • Manage multiple projects at any given time; from new product development to manufacturing floor improvements
  • Support financial objectives by forecasting requirments; provide input for projects and annual budgets
  • Originate, organize, and manage project timelines; working with internal and external customers as the main interface
  • Update and review budgeted/actual labor and material for projects
  • Complete Program Tracking Documents and monthly Senior Management updates via R/Y/G Summary Sheets
  • Manage development and review process and obtain sign-offs
  • Lead cross-department team meetings to ensure proper communication for successful outcomes to projects and/or any special events; lead troubleshooting during complex situations
  • Maintain open issues report and due date timing; ensure accountability is upheld
  • Ensure handoff success of projects to production
  • Assist in effective application and improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Actively participate in all aspects of human relations including hiring, orientation, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and scheduling; coordinate with Human Resources
  • Serve as a positive leader and mentor by exhibiting and instructing desirable behaviors and skill sets
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead others in utilizing Lean manufacturing tools to deliver results
  • Organize materials at work station and department according to 6S standards


  • B.B.A. in Management or related field and three years of project management experience; or Associate's degree in a management related field and five years of project management experience.
  • OEM experience preferred.
  • Software experience: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Software

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting of 50 pounds or less, occasional lifting of 51 pounds or more
  • Standing, walking, and sitting frequently throughout the duration of shift, daily
  • Repetitive use of hands and/or fingers; able to reach with hands and arms; and use of vision
